Vibrant Strategic Plans

Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL)

The strategic plan for the next five years of operation of TISL, the local arm of an international organization operating as an autonomous entity was prepared by Dr Charika Marasinghe, the Founder-Director of C R L. This strategic plan organized under REAM –Representation, Education, Advocacy and Monitoring is a subtle combination of the idealism of a future corruption free society with the pragmatism of long-term and short-term strategies.

Centre for the Study of Human Rights (CSHR)

Dr Charika Marasinghe, the Founder-Director of C R L was contracted to prepare a three year strategic plan for the Centre for the Study of Human Rights (CSHR), University of Colombo. Drawing upon her store of knowledge and experience gained as an human rights activist for over 20 years, she was the lead consultant responsible for the preparation of this strategic plan.
